Notion, essentially is a cloud-based note taking which allow you to customize the way to present your data such as in table format, in gallery format, or Kanban board.
So not surprise that Notion is one of the most popular platform for productivity system. I've been using Notion for a year to manage my notes, materials, articles, or even my tasks. No other system can complete with it so far. and it completely change the way I use note-taking app.
Recently, I have an idea to share my way or working and the template. So I created the CX Development OS and CX design OS. You probably wonder what are they and what are the differences.
First,
I have one template or system for task-tracking. To be able to create a big picture or the goal and create sub-task to achieve them. I have use Agile methodology and Scrums to structure the works in CX Development OS
Second,
most of the task come in generic format or blank template. In order to make my life easier for repetitive tasks, I need to create template for each UX design activities. As a result, I create the CX Design OS.
So the the difference are one focus on development and another for design.
